Erica and her team made buying our first house seem so easy!!! We were out of state and had never been in the area before but she took lots of pictures and when we sent her a link to a home she went out immediately. There was another offer but she helped guide us through the process, always one or two steps ahead of us. We feel like we got a great house, stayed in budget and the whole thing was very easy.
