Training/Private Coaching:
At Team Anderson Realty, Erica Anderson, the Broker-In-Charge/Owner, wants every single agent to succeed. Therefore, she is available to personally coach and develop each agent to grow his/her brand and business to his/her desired level. Erica Anderson’s individual team volume is projected to exceed $100 million in 2021, with the firm even higher.
Erica’s father and partner/agent, Doug Dittmann, has been a licensed real estate agent since 1983. He has years of experience and thousands of transactions in his career, including countless luxury home sales in South Florida.
At the larger, corporate firms, agents who produce $5 million or more per year are generally provided coaching by a Team Lead, while the lower producing agents are coached via a productivity coach who does this for a percentage of the agent’s commission. At TAR, the professional, personal coaching costs you nothing, saving you thousands of dollars per year.
We are partnering with a top producing private brokerage, The Higgins Group, to virtually train our agents via live-feed group sessions.
Brick and Mortar Office:
Team Anderson Realty has possibly the most charming real estate office in the state of North Carolina. Originating as a farmhouse in 1935, “The Hall House on Alford Street” has been a staple property in The Village District of Holly Springs. After three years of meticulous renovations, this historic 2,162-square-foot office has all the old-world charm with modern conveniences. We have preserved the original windows and hardware, as well as the period light fixtures and original cabinets – your clients will fall in love with the surroundings. All TAR agents have the ability to work out of this unique office - meet clients, hold closings in the conference room, or host client appreciation events, at no additional cost for use of the facility.
Private Office Suites:
Private, office suites are complimentary for volume-producing agents/teams or available for a monthly fee.
Firm Provided Leads:
For agents interested in more volume, we offer firm-provided leads via Zillow but also provide “team overflow” leads to independent agents who are ready, willing, and available to take them.
TAR’s Exclusive Transaction Coordinators:
Every TAR agent has access to the use of our exclusive-to-the-firm Transaction Coordinators (TC)! Our TC’s have been meticulously trained by Erica Anderson herself, while holding their own professional degrees and corporate backgrounds. The TC service leverages your time and impresses your clients with a concierge level of service! The fee for their service is minimal compared to the time you save; they serve as a personal assistant to you and your clients for the assigned transaction.
TAR’s Incredible Support Staff
TAR has two full-time employees and one part time one, in office, who administer and manage the paperwork flow for the office and execute the marketing strategies of the firm. They can assist with paperwork questions, and they maintain compliance procedures to protect the firm and the agents. The Broker-In-Charge/Owner, Erica Anderson, is always available for questions - 24/7 - no question being too small.
Errors and Omissions:
The firm offers complimentary Errors and Omissions insurance to all agents who hang their license under the firm.
Firm’s Fees, Splits, and Bonuses:
We like to keep things simple:
- No Monthly Fees!
- Firm provided leads are included (training required)!
- Periodic bonuses to agents on firm leads (who doesn’t like some fun competition?).
- Splits as low as 80% to the agent with a competitive yearly CAP on individual transactions.
- No CAP fees taken out with Firm leads.
- Potential Team positions available, if interested. Team members have NO CAP.
- Flat 25% paid for buyer and seller referrals provided to the firm, with no additional firm fees taken out.
