After determining your personal and financial needs, the timeline to closing, and your expectations from the sale, we will provide a game plan to meet or exceed your expectations. We want to strategically price your home, with a goal of selling it for close to list price or over.
Finding Your Buyer

Negotiating Sale Price

Negotiate Repairs
Following your buyers inspections there will likely be requests made for repairs on your home. Your listing specialist will again be your “negotiator” to communicate with the other side any issues that arise. We will analyze items which we feel could be important for any buyer (present or future), items which are likely acceptable to most buyers, OR we will fight to sell your home “as is” – whichever your preference is.
Communicate With Buyer
Your Team Anderson Realty listing specialist and assigned Transaction Coordinator will remain in communication with the buyer's side of the transaction, ensuring that any contingency or due diligence deadlines are met and that you experience a smooth contract-to-closing process.
Manage Your Closing
Your listing specialist and assigned Transaction Coordinator will communicate with the buyer’s agent and the closing attorney and relay any updates to you. We will also review your ALTA and Closing Disclosure to check for errors and ensure that the final numbers and any seller concessions and/or home warranty negotiated are accurate.
