Availability:

At Team Anderson Realty, firm agents utilize showing assistants. Should you need to see a home at the spur of the moment and your assigned agent is not available, he/she will utilize a showing assistant, also a licensed REALTOR in the firm, to get you into the home.

We realize that this market waits for no one, and instead of making our buyers try to get their own showings scheduled, our concierge service will get you in the door when you want and need to be.

Navigating the Process:

Strong communication is key. Out-of-state buyers may be experienced in home buying but not navigating the North Carolina contracts or processes, such as due diligence money and the overall process. Your agent will explain the process in detail and what to expect. Then when you go under contract, an experienced Transaction Coordinator (TC) will assist in walking you through the contract to closing process. Your agent and your TC will be accessible and make you feel at ease and up-to-date throughout the process.

Virtual Showings:

Out of the area or state and want to see a home? Consider a virtual/remote showing with one of our top agents. We work with buyers and sellers who are out of state and even overseas each year. Your agent will schedule a virtual showing and also point out what he/she sees while seeing the home, as well as any pertinent information you want or need to know, so that you can make an educated and informed decision, not basing your offer solely on photographs or videos online, which do not always represent how the property presents in person.

Winning the Offer:

The Triangle Area and surrounding areas have a robust and booming housing market. Previously, most agents could win offers without as much effort on what we call the front end/presentation, or even expert market knowledge. Right now the market is a challenging one, especially for buyer’s agent and using a VERY experienced buyer’s agent is key to winning in this market.

Closings at Distance:

Need to close while out of state? Let your agent do a final video final walk though, coordinate receiving the keys and delivering or mailing them to you after closing. Your agent and TC can also coordinate with your lender a mail-away closing, where you have the closing documents notarized and overnighted back to the attorney so that you can close where you are, remotely.
