Manage Your Closing

Your listing specialist and assigned Transaction Coordinator will communicate with the buyer’s agent as well as the closing attorney and relay any updates to you. We will also review your ALTA and Closing Disclosure to check for errors and make sure that final numbers and any seller concessions and/or home warranty negotiated are accurate.
