The Autumn Park Neighborhood in Holly Springs, NC is a medium sized community that consists of roughly 250 detached single family houses and townhomes. This community was started in the early 2000’s by Beazer homes. Homes vary in price from $140,000 to the mid $250,000 range (1,400-3,000+ square feet). There is a beautiful pond in the center of the community with walking trails that go through the center and a small boardwalk through the side of the pond. The pond has been stocked with fish by some of the neighbors and they all practice catch and release to allow plenty of future fishing for others. Two small playgrounds with climbing areas and slides are located within the walking trails and the neighborhood backs right up to the Holly Springs Elementary School, Middle School and High School.

Many investors have purchased in this neighborhood because of the slightly depressed prices for the area. Prices have started to rise upward and this neighborhood is popular with first time home buyers and those wanting a home in a prime location for a lower price. The average price per square foot for homes sold between June 1, 2015 and December 14, 2015 was $100 and the average sized home was 2,015 sq. ft. The average days on market for homes listed are 19, with about 1/2 of listings selling within the first week.

Autumn Park is only 2.6 miles from the Holly Springs Town Center shopping complex. The area’s retail stores include: Pier 1 Imports, Kay Jewelers, Marshalls, Swoon Boutique, Thanks a Latte, The Children’s Place, Dicks Sporting Goods, PetCo, Ulta, Target and more! There are some wonderful places to eat within a 5 minute drive which include: Tijuana Flats, Buffalo Wild Wings, Olive Garden, My Way Tavern, Bass Lake Ale House,Kobe Hibachi & Sushi and much more. Harris Teeter and CVS are within walking distance with sidewalks all the way there. The 540 bypass (a toll road) and proximity to HWY 1 make commute throughout the Triangle and Research Triangle Parkway quick and easy.

The schools available for Holly Springs residents are within the Wake County Public School District, which are known for their high rankings and excellent quality. Cary and Raleigh have private school options as well.
